Richardson Telecom Corridor® Legislative Day - Feb. 10 & 11, 2009

The Richardson Chamber of Commerce Public Affairs Committee invites you to join them in Austin for Richardson Telecom Corridor® Legislative Day on Feb. 10 &11, 2009.  Legislative Day provides participants the opportunity to visit the state capitol and better understand the legislative process.  Individuals will have a chance to network with community leaders, hear from our local representatives and key state officials, attend committee hearings, attend committee meetings and visit various legislators.  Whether  you are heavily involved in politics or just have a basic understanding, Legislative Day is a great opportunity to represent our community in Austin.

The Public Affairs committee has sent the Chamber's proposed Legislative Agenda to the Board of Directors for approval, after months of careful consideration and input from the membership.  Those items will then be presented to our state representatives to let them know concerns of the Richardson business and residential communities.
