The Richardson business community is comprised of many powerful women and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce has developed a program specifically for these leaders. The new Women in Leadership group's mission is: Inspiring, influencing and championing powerful women through advocacy, mentoring and networking. The steering committee plans quarterly lunches which feature inspiring women and provide networking opportunities.

These "Millennials" are entering the workforce in droves, which is a good thing since studies show close to 64 million baby-boomers will be retiring by the end of this decade. How do you manage this new crop of twentysomethings and the Generation X predecessors?

Nancy Barry, speaker, author and Gen Y expert, leads a panel discussion on the topic of generational leadership. She is joined by Annie Salem of Southwest Airlines, Hilary Myers of Technical Perspectives, Jeanne Hooker of Atmos Energy and Rachel Ziolkowski of Jackson Lewis, LLP for this exciting discussion.
