Did you know that according to the Center for Women’s Business Research nearly half of all privately held U.S. firms are 50% or more women-owned? Did you know that one-in-11 women is an entrepreneur?
The Richardson business community is comprised of many powerful women and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce has developed a program specifically for these leaders. The new Women in Leadership group's mission is: Inspiring, influencing and championing powerful women through advocacy, mentoring and networking. The steering committee plans quarterly lunches which feature inspiring women and provide networking opportunities.
